- Set up your account (you will be prompted for each step) and choose Choose Life of Jamestown, INC. as your charity.
- Remember to do all your shopping at “smile.amazon.com” instead of “amazon.com”.
Sometimes a donor would rather give a physical item than cash. These can include baby items, office items such as copy paper or office supplies, or volunteering your special talent such as providing music for a special event. Launch a Baby Bottle Campaign:
Baby Bottle Boomerang campaigns are a valuable link from our clinic to church or community partners. Launch a campaign at your church to collect coins, cash, and checks in baby bottles and help provide our services to women in need. This is a great way for Bible studies, youth groups, community groups, and the entire church community to get involved.
Host the Cradle:
This is a wonderful way for your church to support OCC. Your church can host the cradle for 1 month. A cradle volunteer delivers the cradle to your church at the beginning of the same month each year and collects it at the end of the month. It gives your church leaders an opportunity to speak about the life-affirming services we offer at our center and gives your people an opportunity to support the ministry.
Throw a Baby Shower:
It’s fun and easy to throw a baby shower for OCC. Pick date, whip up a few snacks, and have a party. Guests bring baby items that we, in turn, make available to our clients through the HOPE program. Most importantly, you’ll be blessing parents who have chosen life for their little ones.
Shower alternatives: Don’t like parties? Host a diaper drive, rubber duckie drive, or baby clothing drive instead.
