Phone Advocate—Includes being on-call for an evening, receiving incoming client calls, listening to the clients, encouraging them to make an appointment at the center, & scheduling appointments.

Client Advocate—Coach and mentor clients through their difficult situations as well as parenting and life skills.

Receptionist—Greeting clients, initial intake, answering phones, filing, and other office work. (Basic computer skills a plus.)

Cleaners—Cleaning the center, organizing baby items.

Maintenance—Donate in-kind general maintenance support to our facilities as needed.

Runners—People to run errands including delivering information to area churches, setting up local businesses with bottle donation items, picking up office supplies as needed, etc.

Event workers—Help organizing events: may include graphic design work, mailings, running, contacting churches, organizing prizes, contacting local businesses, decorating, etc.

Mailings/brochures—designing brochures, mailing items to donors/community members.

Research—Looking up current events to help the center stay up to date on local/state/federal issues.

Cradle program—Help deliver cradles to local churches. Collect money and bring to the center. Bring cradle to next church.

Real Essentials Teacher—Includes going into schools to teach an healthy relationship program. (This is a paid position.)

Teacher—We will be looking for more teachers in the future to implement new programming. For example: A fatherhood class, a childbirth class, etc.

Outreach coordinator—This position would be in charge of reaching into the community to get advertise and gain support. May include setting up speaking engagements/planning events/creating new events/participating in vendor fairs/finding new opportunities for outreach.

Bottle Boomerang Ministry—This position would be in charge of setting up bottles at local businesses and/or getting churches to do bottle ministry for coin collection during holiday giving times.

Board Members—Helps to guide the direction of the center as we navigate decision making in the future.
